David Paul Pollan has been practicing exclusively in the area of elder law and special needs issues affecting the younger disabled community since 1990. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has served the elder and disabled communities through his work with AARP, Atlanta Regional Committee Aging Services Board, the Senior Citizens' Law Project, the Elder Law Committee of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Community Trust and Weinstein Hospice. He is also a member of the Georgia ElderCare Network, a statewide alliance of professionals assisting Georgia families to plan and deal with the issues of aging. David P. Pollan has worked in the field of elder law for 20 years. He is AV®-rated* under Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system, and frequently publishes and lectures on elder law issues.

Chris Brannon grew up in Gwinnett County and graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Banking and Finance. He graduated with honors from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While in law school he served on the executive editorial board as Notes and Comments Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal. He also authored an article that was published in the Mississippi Law Journal which can be found at Recent Decisions, Constitutional Law Hate Speech First Amendment Permits Ban on Cross Burning When Done With the Intent to Intimidate, 73 MISS. L.J. 323 (2003). Mr. Brannon began his career practicing law with a medium-sized transactional firm in Cumming. Prior to joining the Pollan Law Firm he also volunteered with the Georgia Senior Legal Hotline, a division of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society.
