Our Team

David P. Pollan has worked in the field of elder law for 20 years. He began his career in the field at AARP, where he developed health care and income maintenance programs. He then worked with the Georgia legislature on aging and disability issues before beginning his law practice.

Mr. Pollan is deeply committed to providing elder care solutions, and works with numerous elder care organizations in the greater Atlanta area. He frequently publishes and lectures on elder law issues and is AV®-rated* under Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system.

Because we work exclusively in the fields of elder law and estate planning, we understand the complex interactions that can affect Medicaid eligibility.
